With Transfer Ticket, you can send your ticket to someone else – either a regular ticket or a ticket included in a season offer. This feature is managed in MyTickster.
You can currently transfer tickets and tickets in season offers via MyTickster. This functionality does not yet apply to package tickets, personal tickets, or tickets linked to a restaurant.
Step by Step – Transfer Ticket in Season Offer
- Log in to MyTickster.
- Open Season Offer and select the relevant offer.
- Click on Create Transfer.
- Select one or more events you want to send.
- Click on Transfer Selected.
- Enter the recipient's email address.
- Confirm the transfer.
Once the recipient has accepted the transfer, you can no longer download the ticket. You can always see which tickets you have sent and to whom.

What the Recipient Does
- The recipient receives an email with a link to MyTickster.
- They click Yes, please accept to receive the ticket (or Decline).
- After the transfer is accepted, the ticket is in the recipient's account.
If the recipient declines, the ticket becomes available to you again.
Frequently Asked Questions
I can't find the transfer button – what should I do?
Then the ticket is not enabled for transfer by the organizer (the feature can be turned off per ticket/season offer) – in that case, contact the organizer.
Can I change my mind after I've sent it?
Yes, as long as the recipient has not accepted, you can cancel the transfer in MyTickster.
Where is the ticket afterwards?
Once the transfer is accepted, the ticket is with the recipient. You can no longer download it yourself.
