Are you having trouble paying online?
If a major disruption occurs with our payment providers, this will be communicated in the webshop as well as on our website. If there is no such information, we recommend that you contact your bank directly. Most banks are good at informing about any disruptions through their websites and/or social media.
With most of the payment methods available in the webshop, verification needs to be done through the ticket buyer's bank, usually via Mobile Bank ID. The verification methods available are determined by the ticket buyer's bank.
If there are at least 10 days left until the event, some of our organizers offer the option to pay to our bank giro instead via a pre-invoice. Contact us and we will assist you with this.
