Currently, Tickster Resale is not activated for all our organizers, so if you, as a ticket buyer, do not see the resale feature under your MyTickster account, it is most likely because the organizer has not enabled the feature.

What is Resale?
Resale allows you to sell or buy tickets/vouchers securely through Tickster. A seller creates a Resale in MyTickster and shares a unique link with the buyer. The purchase is then completed in our regular webshop. Once the payment is processed, the tickets are automatically transferred to the buyer.
Resale is not an open marketplace where buyers can browse through resales. Therefore, it is the seller's responsibility to find a buyer.
Note! Currently, you need to have a Swedish bank account to sell your tickets.
For sellers
- Log in to your MyTickster page
- Click on Resale
- Here you will see an overview of previous sales
- To sell your tickets: Click on Sell your tickets
- Check the tickets you want to sell. Click on Sell selected
Next, you will go to the Resale page, which consists of three steps:

Products to be sold: Enter the price of the ticket
(Note! In Denmark, the price cannot be higher than the amount you paid for the ticket) - Bank details: Enter account information + name

Overview: Review and accept the terms
It is possible to enter an email address if you already know who will buy the ticket. If you haven't found a buyer yet, you can leave that field blank and share the link manually or send it to an email address via MyTickster later.
There is no common Resale page; it is the seller's responsibility to find a buyer and/or share the Resale link.
For buyers
- The buyer receives a link to Resale, which leads directly to a Resale webshop
- The ticket is reserved only when you proceed in the webshop
- Once the purchase is completed, the seller's ticket is canceled, and the recipient receives a new ticket sent to them
Miscellaneous
- The seller can choose to cancel a Resale
- Currently, only tickets and vouchers can be included in Resale (not packages, season offers, etc.)
- There is no way to edit a Resale article; if something is wrong, you need to cancel it and create a new one
- You cannot buy individual tickets that are listed for Resale – the entire purchase is made in one step
- It is not possible to search for Resale articles in the webshop. Purchases are only made via direct link
- Campaign codes and gift cards cannot normally be used for purchasing Resale
