The fastest and most convenient way to receive your ticket is for us to send it by email.
You will then receive the ticket via email within a few minutes and can show it as a mobile ticket on your smartphone.
If you do not own a smartphone, it is usually possible for the staff on site to manually enter reference numbers or ticket codes. However, please check this with the organizer before you go there.
You can also choose to have the ticket delivered by regular mail. Tickets sent by mail look exactly the same as those we send by email, the only difference is that we print the ticket for you.
A postage/handling fee will be added for mail delivery, which will be specified at the time of purchase.
