Unfortunately, we cannot buy back any tickets. The rules of the Distance Contracts Act regarding the right of withdrawal do not apply to the purchase of event tickets. Once payment has been made, you are therefore bound to your purchase.
The purchase agreement is between you and the organizer who sold these tickets through Tickster's ticket system. Illness and accident are not a valid reason for a refund.
With most organizers, the ticket is not linked to your name, so no name change is required if you resell your ticket or if you give it away to someone else..
Some organizers offer their own cancellation protection or cancellation insurance via Mysafety.
