The by far most common reason why you haven't received your ticket is that the email we sent to you got stuck in a spam filter. First, take a look in all the possible folders where your email client puts junk mail.
If you wrote down your reference number when you purchased your ticket, you can download it yourself at download.tickster.com
You also have the option to login to MyTickster where you will find all your purchases linked to your email address.
